Yahya is a skilled architect with a robust academic foundation and over a decade of hands-on experience in real estate construction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management from Coventry University, UK. As a Chartered Construction Manager, certified by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Yahya has been instrumental in the successful delivery of over 800 housing units.

His career journey encompasses a range of roles, from on-site supervision to leadership positions, where he has consistently demonstrated excellence in design, quality control, and construction. A dedicated and resourceful team player, Yahya’s expertise has strengthened Bilaad Realty’s project execution. He is also a proud alumnus of the Institute for Management Development (IMD) and a member of the Association of Project Management (APM).
