Dr. Emmanuel Bassi Usman is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience leading business transformation and strategic growth across diverse industries, including Oil & Gas, Power, Agriculture, Social Enterprise, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, and Impact Investing.

He is recognized for his solution-driven mindset and value-oriented leadership—one defined by stewardship, innovation, and a commitment to creating long-term impact.

Before joining Bilaad Realty Limited, Dr. Usman served as Managing Director/CEO of NRCS Social Enterprise, the business and asset management arm of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, where he championed enterprise sustainability and social impact initiatives.

With a background in banking and management consulting, he has collaborated with senior executives across multiple industries to design and implement high-value strategies that drive measurable results. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Zenith Bank Plc, managing major business relationships and facilitating transactions worth billions of naira.

Dr. Usman holds advanced degrees in Sociology, Management, and Strategic Planning, complemented by professional certifications from globally recognized institutions, including Cambridge Judge Business School, Harvard Business School, and Lagos Business School. He is also a Fellow and member of several professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC).
