Dr. Nuratu Musa Abdullahi is an accomplished Executive Management and Leadership Strategist with over 15 years of progressive experience in leadership development, strategy, advocacy, technology integration, and organizational transformation across corporate, development, and non-profit sectors.

She currently serves as Executive Director and Lead Strategy Consultant at Lightedge Consulting, where she has led high-impact projects for organizations such as NNPC, NITDA, GIZ, Founders Institute, and ActionAid Nigeria. Her expertise spans strategic planning and facilitation, public-private enterprise development, change management, process automation, and sustainable energy transitions. She has also led global technology teams in the implementation of multi-stakeholder projects including national data harmonization, health information management systems, border and identity management solutions, and national identity data processing systems.

Previously, she served as Executive Director of Development at the Cece Yara Foundation, where she advanced child protection and gender-based advocacy initiatives, successfully securing international partnerships and funding to scale the foundation’s reach. She also held several senior leadership roles at eHealth Africa, managing global health informatics programs and technology-driven systems across multiple countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and North America, driving efficiency through innovation and strategic realignment.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Musa Abdullahi has managed project portfolios worth millions of dollars and now provides consulting services to organizations seeking strategy development and organizational strengthening advisory.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of SheMentors Initiative, a social impact organization empowering women through mentorship, leadership training, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

She holds Ph.D. in Strategic Management and advanced degrees in E-Commerce Management and Sociology. She also holds advanced certifications in Project Management and Entrepreneurship Development from the London School of Business and Finance.
